Yep, thats true X3 And Akira is very predominant on the soundtrack too, so if the film bombs the OST may still be very good

I'll admit, I was sceptical about this movie right up until I saw the teaser

Yes.. to be honest I don't see where the whole gasmasks fit in (just hoping they're short scenes lol) Look too Resident Evil for me =/ I'm just happy about Pyramid Head and the burnt, peeling, skin walls >:3 That probably sounds so weird to anyone who hasn't played SH

LOL. I'll admit, at first I was very dissapointed that SH2 wasn't picked
for the movie, but seeing the pyramid heads makes me a happy little girl anyway!

I'm looking forward to all the little sadistic special effects too!

Oh god same here except it was a happy little boy XP I can't wait for the first time I see him in the movie - and I'm so glad that for the most part effects aren't CG - Gans said there is some but its not dominant. That makes me very happy because it means in five years the film won't look crappy because of CGI advancing ^^ And I wanted SH2, maybe a sequel *crosses every crossable body part*

Emotion, horror, tragic-love-story. Amazing work of art
that plunges into the human mind. *Sigh* Oh well.

Same here ^^ But I would have liked SH2 still XP I guess some people don't want to sit through the same story again, I however would have loved it. SH2 has my favourite soundtrack of the series too so would have been great to se the opening credits with Theme Of Laura *shivers* God I'm such a SH fanboy lol

Have you seen all the new material? The new shot of Pyramid Head, the footage from Wondercon, the many interviews with Gans? Check out www.silenthillforum.co.uk/forum for all the updates if you haven't seen them - movie is gonna rock XP And Gans' monster the Janitor is also quite awesome *squee* And its nearly a month to US/UK release date! *jumps around*
